Brenda Cisneros Vilchis

Brenda Cisneros Vilchis is the supervising attorney in the Batavia Office of the Erie County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project, Inc. (VLP). There, she supervises VLP's work under their contract with the Office of New Americans, where they provide representation to detained persons at the Buffalo Federal Detention Facility in Batavia, NY under a public-defender model. 

Ms. Cisneros joined VLP in March of 2016, and has focused her legal work on the representation of noncitizens and unaccompanied children before the Executive Office for Immigration Review and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. 

Ms. Cisneros is licensed to practice law in New York State and Mexico.
